Myth: “Infertility is always the woman’s fault.”

Fact: Infertility can be due to male, female, or both partners’ health. It’s important to get both checked


Myth: “Periods should always be 28 days long.”

Fact: A healthy cycle can be between 21–35 days. It doesn’t have to be exactly 28 days.


Myth: “Endometriosis is just bad period pain.”

Fact: It’s a chronic condition that needs medical attention and can affect fertility too.


Myth: “Birth control pills make you infertile.”

Fact: Fertility usually returns once you stop taking the pills
